Rachel Alexander is a Senior Vice President, Director of Research for JLL’s Houston office. She leads a team of six research professionals who create best-in-class market research, building a competitive advantage in the marketplace. She tracks and analyzes key economic and market fundamentals to provide insight and predictive intelligence to owners, investors, and occupiers of commercial real estate. Rachel has 10 years of industry experience and joined JLL in 2016 after five years leading Transwestern’s Houston research team. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on real estate from The University of Texas at Austin.

Savannah Tufts partners with JLL business lines to provide market research and data-driven analysis through JLL’s proprietary technology platforms. Serving as Senior Research Analyst, she tracks and analyzes key economic drivers towards the reporting of market performance across multiple property types in Houston. Savannah joined JLL in 2019 following six years of commercial real estate experience, with firms NorthMarq Capital and Transwestern, where she first discovered her passion for the industry. During her time as Production Assistant of NorthMarq Capital, Savannah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
Angela Gonzalez

Angela Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.  She joined Caldwell Companies in 2016 as Research Associate for the Brokerage department. In this role Angela provides market research and analysis as well as location research and land analysis. She also assists with the marketing efforts for Caldwell’s commercial property services division. Before joining Caldwell, Angela held the roles of Business Development Coordinator at Central Houston, Sr Research Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, and Assistant Property Manager at Moody Rambin Interests. Angela holds a bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University.
